Chapter 3: Made in Italy

  • Describe a product and its features, material, and use.
  • Ask for or confirm an intention.
  • Explain causes.

  • Assign blame.
  • Grammar:
    • Il congiuntivo passato (Past subjunctive).
    • Review of the subjunctive mood.
    • Agreement of tenses and moods (Part I).
    • The suffix -accio.
    • A patto che, purché, a condizione che + congiuntivo (Conditional expressions with subjunctive).
    • Adverbs ending in -mente.

Terms and Conditions

  • Your course fee includes one digital copy of the learning materials. If you’d prefer a hard copy, you can purchase one from our recommended supplier at an extra cost.
  • Public group classes are designed for 30 academic hours per CEFR level. If the group grows to 5-7 students, we’ll extend the program by 10 academic hours. If only two students enroll before the course starts, the group will shift to a semi-private format with 20 academic hours.
  • Want to switch to a different group or schedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 7 days before the course starts.
  • All our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If your teacher falls ill or has an emergency, we’ll arrange a substitute who’s fully briefed on your progress.
  • Once you’ve started with your group, switching to another group or schedule isn’t possible.
  • Please note that course fees are non-refundable once the group classes have begun.
  • We can record group lessons for later viewing, but only if everyone in the class agrees before the course starts.
  • At the end of every program, you’ll take a final exam (both written and verbal). To move up to the next CEFR level, you’ll need to score at least 70%.
  • After completing your final exam, you’ll receive a progress report, recommendations, and a certification for your hard work!
